All our products are submitted to strict quality control that begins with the inspection of the raw materials.
We consider the adoption of a more wide-ranging concept of quality a preponderant factor. We demand quality throughout the whole process and not only at the final inspection phase.
The factory workers carefully control all phases of the productive process (auto-control), which is duly registered, as outlined in the quality manual.
In order to check and confirm the whole process, a flying monitor circulates throughout the whole productive sector.

During the different production phases several samples are collected, which are submitted to physical, mechanical and sensory tests.
When the products are totally finished and placed in the final inspection warehouses, samples of each lot are taken in accordance with the previously defined sampling plans, and tests are carried out to ensure the reliability of the products and that they comply with the technical forms (Final inspection).
The quality department, after carrying out all the tests, will decide whether to approve and release the product to be forwarded.
