These corks consist of a body of agglomerated cork and one or more disks agglutinated at the ends, depending on whether they are "1+1", "1+0" or "2+0" corks.
The disks are produced from thin cork (slow growing) providing excellent sealing capacity and high elasticity.

The bodies of agglomerated cork are made with granulated cork with optimised granule size and density in order to be as similar as possible to the characteristics of the disks, and therefore allow great homogeneity in the behaviour of the cork.

Our technical corks are the best example of the combination between tradition and technological innovation. The result is a product sold at a highly competitive price and with excellent physical, mechanical and sensory properties.
We produce both the cork disks and the agglomerate bodies necessary for the production of this type of corks, which allow us to control the whole production process.

Technical corks, in certain cases, are an alternative to natural corks. They have the advantage of having high homogeneity, almost without critical defects and an excellent price/efficacy relationship.
